Richard Earl Miller, age 75, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Select Medical Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Richard was born on July 1, 1947 in New London, CT to the late Delbert James Miller and Muriel Dean Parmenter. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Byron Miller.

Richard is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sterling T. Charles Michael Parks, 69, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away April 3, 2017. He was born January 21, 1948, to Ed and Loretta (Keiderling) Parks. Mike was a private pilot and had a passion for flying. He loved riding his Harley, camping, and being in the outdoors, especially the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Mike also playing bridge and was a member of the Village Card Club.



Mike is survived by his loving girlfriend, Ginna De Thomas; daughter, Apryl; son-in-law, Angelo; grandson, Angelo; brother, Kevin; his sister-in-law; and two nieces.

David Scruggs, known as Dave or Dave-Oh! to all who were his family and friends passed away on November 15, 2007, at Denton Regional Medical Center.

He was born on August 30, 1948, at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, DC to Lt. Col. Richard Hayes Scruggs and Anna Dybing Scruggs, who were both World War II veterans. He graduated from Arapaho High School (1966) in Littleton, CO and received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Northern Colorado (1969) Dave was proud to serve his country in the United States Navy from 1970–1977.
